goldenweeks Accountability Retreat – Zanzibar, November 2026

goldenweeks is a 2-week accountability retreat for digital nomads, remote workers, founders and freelancers who want to make real, meaningful progress on their projects. Set on the beautiful island of Zanzibar, Tanzania, the retreat brings together a small group of 8 ambitious people who share one goal: to stop procrastinating and finally finish what they started.

Every day is built around focused work sessions, peer accountability and a structured daily rhythm that makes it easy to stay on track. Outside of the work blocks, there is time to enjoy the beach, connect with the group and experience the magic of East Africa, including a snorkeling trip during the retreat week.

With only 8 spots available, every participant is selected through an application process to ensure a focused, motivated and supportive group dynamic. Accommodation near the beach is included in the retreat price.
